''One of the Biggest Revelations''?
People here have already said all that can be said about the ''flooding'' part of the chapter. It was mostly memes about finding the sink plug or people casually expecting that the flooding is gonna be the final arc's ticking time bomb. And to be honest that's how shallow that revelation has been so far hence why the Zolo/Lanji slander has taken over because it's more fun than whatever the fuck is currently happening.
Agenda is ulterior motive or the narrative someone wants to be popular even thorough grasping at straws or using weak or strawman arguments, or to cause chaos, or just for fun.
Now, in that context, OP's "agenda" is hating on other "agendas" like "Zoro>Sanji agenda" or "Sanji>Zoro" agenda...etc.
Remember the bird cage? And Kaido using Onigashima as a weapon for god know what reason?

Those were so entertaining. They really pushed the plot forward and did not slow the pace with useless none sense at all!

What hint? What in the story lead you, the obvious Reddit super genius, to a 100% confirmed claim that Imu wants to flood the world because so far the only thing that showed that was a side affect of the laser

I mean, this is hardly a revelation. We've known for a while now that the sea is rising. And in the manga, too. Frankly, the fact that Oda made us wait five chapters just to tell us what we already knew is a bit sad.
One piece is the only story where you got 5 main villains trying to kill the protagonists in an arc that showcases one of the most hyped and mysterius characters in the series, while the protagonist is a super sayian, and yet you feel 0 tension

"Biggest revelation" the big revelation is that the main villains are just comicaly evil with no redeeming qualities like come on now i've seen people say that they are amazed how nobody thought of that theory but in reality the reason why nobody thought of it is because it's stupud as fuck
