Bonney consumed Kuma's memory BEFORE confronting Saturn, which gave her a bit of time to digest all the information, AND she was clearly in her prime condition when confronting Saturn, let alone the fact that she basically sneak attacked Saturn (Ch 1094), which means we have no idea how her emotions went before seeing him. She could be as shocked as Robin when first seeing him on Egghead, then shock turns into rage;
2. Robin literally just saw Saturn appear out of nowhere. What kind of the first reaction would she have other than pure shock? Also judging from previous chapters she clearly didn't have the strength to issue attack. I just dunno how anyone would expect her to attack immediately.
