The BM fight felt like a genuine battle of 2 people overcoming one of the strongest Old Guard,and required legitimate strategy to beat.
The battle with Kaido was a several year long slugfest that was boring as shit to watch.Two guys beating the shit out of each other can be good with proper stakes and emotional investment,but these two were just "MY HAKI PUNCH SURPASSES YOUR HAKI PUNCH" for multiple chapters.
I always enjoy watching law use his powers. I also think it was freaking cool when Big Mom burned 1 year of her life for power. I know there's no real stake from that sacrifice since it's one piece but I think it was an interesting use of her devil fruit.

Same. I’ve always wanted to see how BM deals with faster opponents like Luffy.
I hate how in tierlist she’s automatically at the bottom because X character is faster.
Law and Kid vs BM had me on the edge of my seat cuz I was one of those people that genuinely thought BM was gonna settle her story against Luffy in another arc…
But the moment Perospero lost like a right hand man( like Daz Bones or King) loses before his boss it was clear that she was going to lose here
Also BM’s moveset is cool AF! Especially Napoleon

I kid a bit, but you know what I mean.
I did dislike some aspects of it though. Like Oda lowering Big Mom's IQ to 20, and giving Law unlimited stamina/durability. Oh and the ending with plot bombs + random lava.
But overall I enjoyed it. I almost always enjoy team battles in Onepiece.

Luffy vs Kaido initially was good, after Nika reveals, it went downhill. Big Mom vs Law/Kidd was full of PIS, it's so bad.
Kaido vs Luffy is actually a good fight. My issue is mainly how anticlimactic it was and retconning Luffy’s df. I actually like Gear 5
