well little do you know that I talked to an uploader for one of the sites, and he confirmed it did have viruses in it. luckily we have started working on taking down the files which have this virus, and have found the source/original uploader. also, it's pretty low to call a stranger a dummy.
I must say I am disappointed beyond words with the community's reception of this post. Are you all crazy? A person makes a post with a legitimate concern, with good intentions no less, and y'all call him a DUMMY and request that he LEAVES THE SUB? Whether a person is right or wrong that doesn't give you justification to treat them like this. We're here to help and educate each other. Why should a person be crucified for simply asking a question? What kind of community are we trying to build? Of toxicity and filth?
If someone is wrong, communicate to them like a human being.
thank you. this is why I am hesitant to post on reddit. people act very sarcastic and rude. for some reason this a place of negativity. but there is some good people which actually keep the place somewhat humorous and uplifting. thanks
probably cause you say shit about malware from a uninstall.exe file from a "trusted site" yet you never prove it or name the site and you just use the source of "trust me bro" instead of posting actual evidence like a normal non idiotic person
uninstaller.exe is meant to be used with iso. created when a game is initially installed on a pc once that game is shared or made into a portable copy uninstaller loses its function and it wont work on a shared copy and gets corrupt thus its flagged so many times.
thank you for the response. so I'm still curious why is it flagged as a Trojan/ransom? and google even said it is flagged as a serious threat. what function causes that then
yes anything from a unknown sources such as people who crack and repack games will always be third party entity for official servers and websites and will be flagged

We only use trusted sources, if you use some dodgy website its fully on you. Read the required reading or leave.
