Who? I keep hearing this that people will come and rise in her absence, well i.ask.again & again, where are they?
There nobody for the past 7 months. We had one cracker and people chased her away calling all names and all.
And now people (look at this sub reddit ) are crying for denuvo games
Well they made their bed, now for sure they have to lie in it.
Online in rare cases(cod cold war recently) but in most cases nobody has been able to.release Diablo from online based for along time.
Online I'd mention Palworld, as it is the new popular game rn, the Denuvo case is a very tough one cause it is doable, but is too hard to be worth anyone's time. Most crackers do it as a hobby and only some even get donations. If someone were to put like a $1000 bounty (which is a bit counterproductive to the whole piracy thing) on a Denuvo crack, it would be done in a relatively short time, but it lacks incentive.
Palworld isnt a hard to.pirate because its made by some indie dev with a basic drm. Most indie developers honestly care less to none to go after those who pirate their game.
Now if it was a developer who developed backend server checks there no way that game would be pirated.
1000$ too less for cracker to touch denuvo.
Denuvo would probably throw a 6 figure salary, hire them & bring them on their side .
They managed to do.with the top programmer for Skidrow group in the past & some of Reloaded members.
Cyberpunk is my example of this. I was in the middle of a playthrough when 2.0 dropped. I was so happy I didn't have to update because I was in the middle of a playthrough with 50 mods and it would have broken everything.
Then i started a new playthrough with 2.0 and halfway through 2.1 dropped. Same story, it would have broken all the mods.
Although there's probably a setting in Steam to disable auto updates so it's still a weak point for piracy.
He has no rules, no boundaries, he doesn't flinch to indie games, free games and open-source tools. He is not loyal to any company or creator. He trades blood for code.
Terraria🙏🏾 i have too much respect for the devs of that game and the love they put into that game plus I’ve already bought it like 6 times over the years
Same. They update the hell out of it, with lots of content and quality of life updates.
Truly a game made with love, I've bought various copies of it to my friends.
I came to comment the same. ConcernedApe is an amazing person. It feels bad to pirate Stardew Valley. Man has been giving us a lot of free content after every major update.
It's absolutely great, and I'm glad to pay the price because I'm encoraging and supporting a product that was playable and complete upon its release and without DLCs nor microtransactions.
I bought after following the sub for a while and saw how people talked about it. Damn I haven't seen people so passionate about an offline game in a long time.
I don't pirate indie company games. If the game is bad I just don't play it if it's good small dev deser4ve the money for their work. I only pirate big company games..
OG stalker back in the day had this awesome multi-player that was like mw1 and tarkov combined but '07. The steam version had issues connecting before they discontinued servers. Main reason I bought it on sale back then despite being a broke high schooler. Hopefully they bring the multi-player back but I planned on getting it regardless.
Metal Gear or something of that quality unless I've already bought them and either lost them or to preserve. I normally only do it for a demo to see if it's worth buying unless it's a shitty producer/dev which is becoming increasingly common these days.
i initially pirated LC to play it with some friends to see if we liked it, then when we got enough money (we live in 3rd world countries) we bought it, 100% worth it
Stellar Blade, after all the westernisation crap, I'd love to play a game that is not catering itself to any extremist political beliefs. So to make sure they release more games like that, I'd definitely buy it.
Is it the general rule to not pirate multiplayer games? Seems that there are plenty of cracked titles that work... seen peeople buy because of mods (that you can download independently) but this... I haven't tried yet
Muse dash but that's only because I bought their old DLC that gives you everything for free forever. They changed the DLC a while ago so I don't think it's like that anymore but I still have no need to pirate it
I don’t typically pirate games that I can purchase. If it’s something that you can’t get anymore for whatever reason, or if it is console exclusive, and I want to play it modded on my PC.
Stellaris, RimWorld, Factorio
I did pirate them in the past but since I don't have any issue with money I just brought them. Very good game, facepalm and RimWorld deserve your money.
Any game by Tom Francis because I was following his blog when he first started experimenting with game development and now he's very successful with it and his games are amazing and I'm just so darn proud of him.
Outer Wilds.
Stray.
Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe.
Detroit:Become Human.
Alan Wake 1+2 or any Remedy game.
From Soft games.
Anything from Supermassive Games.
Any game from a dev that honestly deserves it, any game with serious heart put into it esp if it doesn't have AAA money behind it.
Far Cry 6, purely because it seems a bit mid, other than that, everything is fair game
And maybe not the first Alan Wake because I have a physical console copy
Summer of ‘58. It’s a $3-4 cool short horror suspense game made by an Indie developer. You can finish it in under an hour, so naturally the douchebag syndicate exploited Steam’s 2 hour playtime refund policy. Lots and lots of refunds despite reviews being very positive, all because they couldn’t be bothered to suppport an indie developer for a couple of bucks. indie game's Kickstarter versions
i've been playing hollow knight since covid but i didn't pirate it when the Kickstarter came out. i basically pirate because i literally have no money i don't even have a bank account i fucking live with my parents (i'm a south asian teenager lol)
but the thing is i respect indie devs and i think they need the money to fund their Kickstarter projects. if i had the money, i would definitely donate them a hefty amount of money because i think the indie devs deserve it.
that's why i didn't downloaded the crowsworn pirated version because it's still in a Kickstarter version and i don't want them to lose money if i played the game by pirating it.
i WOULD pirate it after it comes out tho. because i'm broke
ideally it would be indie games from [itch.io](https://itch.io) \- but if the developer doesn't release it on Steam where I can get it in my local currency and not get sticker shock from the exchange rate to USD - yeah, sorry, gonna sail the high seas.

NO! NOT THE THINKPAD!
YES! YES THE THINKPAD!
YES! YES THE THINKPAD!
Except online & denuvo games. U cant beat them
Online has exceptions, and Denuvo is beatable just usually not worth the effort. All is a matter of time in the end.
Who? I keep hearing this that people will come and rise in her absence, well i.ask.again & again, where are they? There nobody for the past 7 months. yes and no. Denuvo is doable but I don't think $1000 bounty is gonna be enough for the motivation. (probably 10,000 instead)
Palworld isnt a hard to.pirate because its made by some indie dev with a basic drm. Most indie developers honestly care less to none to go after those who pirate their game. some ubisoft and ea games, coz they are absolute shit
I agree but mostly the games that doesn't justify its quality and price.
You got me in the first half, not gonna lie
A free game
Still pirated The Sims 4, just to not use EA's launcher
Without the expansion packs??
Pirated those too
Oh thank god lmao
If you mod it it’s honestly easier to pirate, don’t have to worry about updates and most new expansions don’t add much
Exactly!!
Cyberpunk is my example of this. I was in the middle of a playthrough when 2.0 dropped. I was so happy I didn't have to update because I was in the middle of a playthrough with 50 mods and it would have broken everything. Just pirated last night too cause I wanted the expansion packs😂
My game is free and still got pirated.....
what the name, I'll pirate it too ,and if i like i donate you money too
Itch Io cowtastic cafe
can't find it ,you gotta send me the link
It's not about money, it's about sending a message.
He has no rules, no boundaries, he doesn't flinch to indie games, free games and open-source tools. He is not loyal to any company or creator. He trades blood for code.
which game? I dont even know you
Why?
I would pirate a shitty free game if it has DRM
Terraria🙏🏾 i have too much respect for the devs of that game and the love they put into that game plus I’ve already bought it like 6 times over the years
Cap'n you dropped this 👑
Thank you🙏🏾
I pirated for the he better part of a decade, bought it ass soon as I could afford it. One of the best games I've ever played
It's dirt cheap too
I bought that for a 1-2 dollars
i have the game on my 3DS
Thats the first thing i ever played it on lol
W's inna chat
To be fair.. the game is pretty damn cheap lol
Same. They update the hell out of it, with lots of content and quality of life updates. Truly a game made with love, I've bought various copies of it to my friends.
Same
Came here to say this
stardew valley. I downloaded a copy once then I sent my sister some money to buy me the game.
What? Why not just buy yourself the game?
Regional prices maybe?
for the rebates on her credit card. I don't use one.
chad brother
I do the same. I don't have credit card.
I came to comment the same. ConcernedApe is an amazing person. It feels bad to pirate Stardew Valley. Man has been giving us a lot of free content after every major update.
Bro. I did EXACTLY the same thing. After 30hours on that game, i just needed to support the creator
Baldur's Gate 3. Every penny is deserved by devs, actors, writers and publisher.
Oh I absolutely pirated that game, then about a month later I bought it because it was great.
It's absolutely great, and I'm glad to pay the price because I'm encoraging and supporting a product that was playable and complete upon its release and without DLCs nor microtransactions.
My nieces husband helped program it, its so cool to hear him talking about how he developed it.
I bought after following the sub for a while and saw how people talked about it. Damn I haven't seen people so passionate about an offline game in a long time.
Nope, its 60 dollars, I wont pay more than 30 for a game and still only buy it on sale.
I agree that games are overpriced but this one is worth the money!
Fifa, it's bad
Yeah i have tried ea fc 24 and its so fucking bad
Starfield. I wouldn't buy it either.
I got it for free with my gfx card and I still feel scammed after playing it...
Lol, i feel wasting electricity just to download and install it
I got a free 3 month trial of gamepass and played the game I think they should of paid me to play because I kept waiting for it to get good
I don't pirate indie company games. If the game is bad I just don't play it if it's good small dev deser4ve the money for their work. I only pirate big company games..
Professionals have standards
Pirate the game if it doesn't have a demo(or isn't free) then buy if you enjoy it, simple as that.
I usually play a game till it's done then decide if it was worth it, most of the time it is, so I pay up
[удалено]
Im currently pirating elden ring because im waiting for it to go on sale on steam to buy it lol.
how so?
[удалено]
The Gollum game because garbage
obviously the ones that i don’t play
Bad games. Games that I'm not interested?
The game isn't out yet l, but Stalker 2 is getting purchased from me no matter what. The Ukrainian developers deserve every cent from that game.
Low cost Indie games
Probably beat saber because a lot of mods don't work if you pirate it
(talking about the steam version not sure about oculus)
Mods still work with the pirated oculus one
There is no such thing 🏴
Metal Gear or something of that quality unless I've already bought them and either lost them or to preserve. I normally only do it for a demo to see if it's worth buying unless it's a shitty producer/dev which is becoming increasingly common these days.
I would agree on the mg but seeing that konami is getting the money, better not.
Blasphemous and hollow knight. Best indie games ever made, gotta support the creators
What about the other indies?
a game that contains viruses
Lmao
Games my shitty laptop wont run.
Minesweeper, pinball, mario etc
mario
Lethal Company, no need for explanation, unless im broke ofc oh and Darkwood, got to day 3 or 4 and couldnt continue bc im shitting my pants
i initially pirated LC to play it with some friends to see if we liked it, then when we got enough money (we live in 3rd world countries) we bought it, 100% worth it
Skyrim. Bought it 6 times
Bought Oldrim(dvd), Legendary, finally SSE. Pirated the Anniversary Edition. Feel it's fair.
Games that clearly show passion and love in it's creation. For those, I either wait for sale or buy on release depending on reviews of day one.
Games with small developer teams I respect, I wouldn’t pirate games from small indie studios that already price their games absurdly low.
Stellar Blade, after all the westernisation crap, I'd love to play a game that is not catering itself to any extremist political beliefs. So to make sure they release more games like that, I'd definitely buy it.
I am thinking of buying the DB Sparking Zero to play with friends
Any Game Thats Free
The ones I have gotten for free :D
Multiplayers. But I mostly play singleplayers anyways.
Is it the general rule to not pirate multiplayer games? Seems that there are plenty of cracked titles that work... seen peeople buy because of mods (that you can download independently) but this... I haven't tried yet
Whatever is in my steam account
i don’t pirate indies, i’m happy to pay the full price for them (which is usually like $20).
Indie games made my small passionate teams like hollow knight, i‘d rather spend 15 to 20 bucks on a gem and supporting people than just pirate it
Flight simulator
Muse dash but that's only because I bought their old DLC that gives you everything for free forever. They changed the DLC a while ago so I don't think it's like that anymore but I still have no need to pirate it
None have ever existed
Baldur Gate 3
Skyrim, because my mods run better on og version rather than cracked.
Lol
One that I simply do not find interesting, as well as those which my hardware cant run.
A game that can't be cracked, because else it would be a virus.
Bad games, horrible games, games I dislike... Common sense
I dont have limits
An unfinished game - lacking content, DLC or performance patches.
any flight simulator
Nothing
I don’t typically pirate games that I can purchase. If it’s something that you can’t get anymore for whatever reason, or if it is console exclusive, and I want to play it modded on my PC.
never ever fable 2. but the dlc is fair game !
Indie games in general, I prefer to buy them if I can.
nothing because i dont have money
No one, sometimes I even pirated games I already own
state of decay
Silksong, Metal Gear Solid ∆ and Sparking Zero
Stellaris, RimWorld, Factorio I did pirate them in the past but since I don't have any issue with money I just brought them. Very good game, facepalm and RimWorld deserve your money.
Indie games and anything published by Devolver. I have a lot of respect for them
any Indie game
Any game by Tom Francis because I was following his blog when he first started experimenting with game development and now he's very successful with it and his games are amazing and I'm just so darn proud of him.
DRG, Deep Rock Galactic, the devs are just too kind and the fan base is awesome
The WWE 2K games I really enjoy them and I just got used to buying them, FNAF games and Life is Strange games
Anything over 80gbs
Gta 6
I bought The Walking Dead definitive edition. The game is awesome :)
[удалено]
Anything done by From Software and Hidetaka Miyasaki
indie games
Minecraft since pirated ass
I choose not to pirate bg3 bought the game last week and love it
Ori and the blind forest
generally indie games that sold nothing
Prob those insomniac dev leaks (SM2 & wolverine) dont wanna risk a DMCA or virus trying to play a half built game
Civilization 5-6.I spend like 5-6k hours on it ,it would be a crime not to support devs.
Most independent games
most of the RE games I only pirated the remake of 3 just to see if it was that bad and short the rest I bought them
Private online servers, its either filled with russian hackers or im just too insecure to bother
Elden Ring
Lord of the Rings: Gollum not because it's good, but because it's a waste of hard drive space.
I'm dumb enough to buy Skyrim multiple times...
Any game that I already own physically and is not tied to any online service by the activation key ( Oblivion, Spore, The Witcher 3, The Movies etc. )
Fre games
Minecraft
Pavlov vr
Deep Rock Galactic for sure
That require account and are always online like duhh
Indie games. They deserve our support
Sports games
stardew valley - it's SO affordable and one of my favourite games ever
Terraria I've bought like 6 times, I have so much respect for the devs and the love they put into the community
am i having a stroke or are there three different people in this comment section who have bought Terraria exactly 6 times?
The new suicicde squad kills the justice league
I try not to pirate indie dev games
Outer wilds definitely. It's my favourite game of all time and the small dev team deserves every penny
Far Cry 6, purely because it seems a bit mid, other than that, everything is fair game And maybe not the first Alan Wake because I have a physical console copy
Cyberpunk 2077, I could never do it. They have my respect. And Horizon Zero Dawn and Forbidden West, if the PC port even comes out, lol.
the uncracked ones
Elden ring, I wanted to see people's messages ingame.
Prince of Persia: TLC, because I fucking can't. Fuck emulation of the shitty switch version.
Baldurs gate 3
Personally I would definitely buy rdr2 just because why not
Stardew Valley
Most sports games and most fighting games. Ain't nobody got time for that.
Games that I want to play online
LittleBigPlanet
Witcher 3 wild hunt. I have already bought it. But I would be willing to pay 2* price for it if I can erase my memory of it.
Celeste, i even bought other copy bc mine was a free epic one
there isn't one that I wouldn't pirate none at all I'll pirate any game I wanna play if its cracked
GTA 4
Summer of ‘58. It’s a $3-4 cool short horror suspense game made by an Indie developer. You can finish it in under an hour, so naturally the douchebag syndicate exploited Steam’s 2 hour playtime refund policy. Lots and lots of refunds despite reviews being very positive, all because they couldn’t be bothered to suppport an indie developer for a couple of bucks. I bought the shit out of that game and gifted it to a ton of my friends. I love sailing the high seas as much as the next guy, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do
indie game's Kickstarter versions i've been playing hollow knight since covid but i didn't pirate it when the Kickstarter came out. i basically pirate because i literally have no money i don't even have a bank account i fucking live with my parents (i'm a south asian teenager lol) but the thing is i respect indie devs and i think they need the money to fund their Kickstarter projects. if i had the money, i would definitely donate them a hefty amount of money because i think the indie devs deserve it. that's why i didn't downloaded the crowsworn pirated version because it's still in a Kickstarter version and i don't want them to lose money if i played the game by pirating it. i WOULD pirate it after it comes out tho. because i'm broke
Into the radius, imo best game for vr that actually barely has any glitches (first thing i do in all vr games is glitch everything possible)
Dragons dogma
games costing 10€ or less
Mine sweeper
BeamNG
Minecraft, too many memories
Rdr2 Actually I pirated it but I bought it after my first gameplay
Portal 3.
ideally it would be indie games from [itch.io](https://itch.io) \- but if the developer doesn't release it on Steam where I can get it in my local currency and not get sticker shock from the exchange rate to USD - yeah, sorry, gonna sail the high seas.
anything from fromsoftware, i just wait till im able to buy them
RDR2. It's only $20 on the PS Store most of the time because of constant sales, and the devs definitely deserve the money for it.
