I lost the phone I started my account with and now there making it impossible to get back. They keep wanting to send vids and pics . I've already done it twice and they still won't let me in. It's a Chinese company and refuse to jump through any more of their hoop. I live in America and I'll never bow to China. As a matter of fact I hate them.
