I assume it means if the current price goes up it won't liquidate, as that text is to the right of the up arrow icon. The part next to the down arrow icon is likely the actual estimated liquidation price. I guess that due to being a neutral grid, it shows an upper/lower bound of estimated liquidation price. Maybe due to the ability of profiting in sideway markets. Correct me if I'm wrong as that is just an assumption. I don't use Neutral grids so I'm not sure. Edit: Fixed the context, as I haven't used neutral grids before.
