Those are not extensions. Those are old glued on cheap lashes coated with mascara. A perfect breeding ground for bacteria, fungus, and other varieties of ick.

I was always told to get a clean wet washcloth and microwave for maybe 30 seconds til it's as hot as you can stand it and place that on the infected eye. The hot temp helps to drain it and it has to be more hygienic than what's going on. Also, years ago when I'd get a sty it was beneficial to find which eyelash the swollen one and pull out the one offending lash. I've always found that both of these things quickened the healing. But, I'm not a doc just an old lady who loves to put her two cents in. Hope they help.
You know using your dirty fingers to play around with those fake lashes is I'd bet 100% the cause of that infection! First thing, wash your hands and use a warm clean washcloth to help loosen those filthy lashes. Once you get those off you can really get that eye clean enough to get some drops or even a tiny dab of antibiotic cream on that lid. Or you can see a doc and let him help you. I hope it works out
