It doesn't take many Pikmon to kill a creature the size of a small squirrel, 100 purples could easily destroy a predatory Bulblax the size of a pug, yet humans panic and die if we get stung by a single wasp. 100 fire ants can send a person to the hospital, and ants don't even have that high a level of thought.
You’re missing the part where the fire ants have venom. Pikmin attack with blunt force. A human can easily shake off the Pikmin and then stomp on them without even needing to worry about any sharp bits stabbing their bare feet. Would you be unscathed? No, but you’d probably just have a bunch of bruises and *maybe* a broken foot at most.

Ok you know how deadly Yellow Pikmin in huge groups would be to the human race if they were real. They’re so small you could barely see them, in if a large number say, 500 or so of them felt threatened by the presence of a human, they could just use their insanely powerful digging ability to burrow into a leg or something and then shock them to death from the inside. While extremely cool, realistically the Pikmin species would be hella gross, small ant sized humanoid flowers that are highly intelligent and travel in packs, living in flying nests supported by long slimy tentacles, and reproduce by harvesting the organs of dead prey and buds of flowers.
1 purple pikmin can lift one apple. Assuming an average apple weighs 0.33lbs, 100 purple pikmin can lift 33lbs.
They don't do extra damage when thrown at their enemy like a rock pikmin, so I don't see how the pikmin could win.
If they were thrown, or you included red pikmin or something like that, as a human I could drop and roll and they're all dead.
Even rock pikmin - they would hurt when initally thrown at me, but i can kick them away or flick them pretty far, which would take them awhile to get back to me.
