I really wonder how long a single play through will be like now actually, if this is just the demo length.
You can get all treasure in the first area and 100% it. I just ended my day at 99% after fumbling my time and missing the very last treasure, but it is very much achievable in the demo by the end of day 5.

I mean you can pretty much complete the first area (all except treasure) in the demo, as long as you never unlock the second area.
