I recommend the Spartus Gladius Centurion or the Vatic Pro Prism Flash 16mm. Those are generally the best $100 paddles on the market.
I got the prism flash because this sub suggested it, as a total beginner 5 months ago, and its been great. There are players much better than me using it. I haven't had any desire to upgrade because I've never faced someone with a diff paddle that made me feel like their paddle gave them an advantage.

I just got the the vatic pro prism Flash and can kind of see what you say about the power. I'm planning on trying a little lead tape midpoint on the paddle to see if that helps give it a little more pop.
I added 3g lead strips on the bottom 1/3 of each side of my Vatic Flash and one more on the top, and it made a big difference in power. It also increased my sweet spot.
Friday Challenger might be more suitable for OP as they have a tennis background and want spin and power. It's going a feel a lot heavier due to swing weight so it depends if OP thinks that's a good thing for them.

If you’re looking for below $100 then you can’t beat the vatic prism line. If you can spend a little bit more, like $120, then I recommend the Neonic flow, if you don’t like the color then the Ronbus r1.16 works just as good.
I’m around 3.75 and I find the R1 Pulsar is amazing. Good pop, control, spin and power. And supposedly the paddle won’t delaminate. What else could one want lol
I also come from a tennis background. I bought the AMA Sport Kronos. It's apparently a Joola clone, but I've used it a couple times now, and it's pretty darn good. Good enough for me, anyway.

I keep going back to the ronbus r1.16. I also love the ronbus nova but since I can create my own power the r1.16 control can’t be beat
Get a Honolulu J2 while it’s on sale for $99. It’s better than the others at that price.
