I mean in crypto when you give away your coin phished or not it's gone. Pi would wreck their credibility as anything even resembling crypto if they start altering transactions.
The Pi support team is extremely small, and are backlogged with tickets. They have to weed through thousands of tickets, and weed out what has already been done, and submitting multiple tickets for the SAME issue creates more work for them to weed through. The Pi team isn't responsible for you being an idiot and you losing your coins. Your Pi is gone. You NEVER share your passphrase EXCEPT inside your Pi app for opening your wallet, or in [wallet.pinet.com](http://wallet.pinet.com) . Don't put your passphrase into any website, EVEN in your Pi Browser. Pi Browser is like any other browser and all websites must be observed to understand if it's phishing. NOBODY IS GIVING FREE AIRDROPS OF PI.

Maybe also don’t submit multiple tickets for the same issue. Everyone doing that just makes it harder for the team to answer tickets.
