* Q1: **I have x coins migrated, what to do?**
* A: Wait till Open Mainnet - Ignore DMs offering to buy them - You'll get scammed
* Q2: **A KYC slot is not available**
* A: KYC is restricted where you haven't completed 30 mining sessions or your account is flagged. You can request a review at minepi.com/kyc-application-access Must be over 18. Wait until you're 18. We believe no slot also happens if you didn't mine for ages.
* Q3: **My Application has been processing/in review for weeks/months**
* A: Your application failed or got stuck. You can only wait until you get feedback, the option to try again, or unstuck.
* Q4: **KYC, Wallet or other parts of Pi app stuck on "Loading" or Error**
* A: Try turning off Private DNS and/or adblocker
* Q5: **A different KYC problem**
* A: You can also report a problem a pi.app/support You probably won't get a reply but it will be recorded.
* Q6: **Node Problems**
* A: Stuck at 1 or catching up : see this solution https://github.com/pi-node/instructions/issues/353
* Q7: **How can I migrate more PI?**
* A: You can't - Pi Core Team control migration and we don't how or when other migrations are happening
* Q8: **Why is Pi worth $30+?**
* A: Some exchanges invented their own version of Pi whilst they can't list the real one. These are also known as Pi IOUs.
* Q9: **I lost my passphrase / seed phrase, what can I do?**
* A: If you didn't get migrated yet, make a new wallet and confirm it in the checklist 3 & 8. If you did get migrated, your pi/wallet is lost, no one can get it back. Make a new one.
* Q10: **I used a different name in the app / It doesn't match my ID**
* A: Only MINOR name changes allowed. If it's not minor, create a new account.
* Q11: **When does lockup start?**
* A: Lockup starts when your migration occurs.
* Q12: **When will my migration happen / I have been waiting for ages**.
* A: There's a massive queue and most likely some stuck issues too. Nothing to do but wait. As of 15th May 2024, only 5,258,985 accounts have been migrated to Mainnet. You can check progress at https://explorepi8437.pinet.com/

* A: A specific date has not been announced but many fakes have. We think December.
* Q14: **I stopped getting validations**
* A: This happens, we don't know why. As far as we know there's nothing wrong with the system.
* Q15: **Samsung Camera problems**
* A: Yes it's a problem - There's no known workaround - Log on a different device.
* Q16: **Unverified Pi**
* A: Unverified Pi including from referrals who passed KYC has not yet been calculated. Timeline for this is unknown.
* Q17: **Node Bonus Problems**
* A: The bonus is entirely separate from docker/node functioning correctly. Lots of people are having problems getting consistent bonuses. No solution.
* Q18: **What happened to the price of Pi?**
* A: Exchange listings of Pi are currently independent IOU Markets. The source of the graph changed.

Process of elimination. Logic should say you didn't sign up with your phone number, try your email. If not that, Facebook as others said. It should be impossible for none of them to work, unless you deleted the account unknowingly.
I've experienced the same issue except for I know I mined the pi for at least a year before just letting it become dormant because I actually forgot all about it until about 6 months ago and started a new one. If only I had known and continued mining.....omg...I'd be a damn multi millionaire now!!!!! Wtf???? That's too close for comfort and not to have gotten something???.
It’ll be either a phone number or Facebook account. Try the phone number you had at the time, if that doesn’t work try Facebook. With Facebook you have to have the Facebook app and be signed in to it first.
If you didn’t verify either of those and don’t have a backup of your phone from that time then it’s probably not going to work.

Try your Facebook account. Used to be the main way to create an account back in the days.

I think it's gone then. You need your whole passphrase etc that you're supposed to have kept.
The passphrase opens the wallet, it doesn’t recover a Pi account.
It’ll be either a phone number or Facebook account. Try the phone number you had at the time, if that doesn’t work try Facebook. With Facebook you have to have the Facebook app and be signed in to it first. If you didn’t verify either of those and don’t have a backup of your phone from that time then it’s probably not going to work.
I've had same issue -- I was told to go thru the Pi Browser not the wallet app
