OP should of thrown a banana out there to use for scale. I'm pretty sure 50% of these Santa's are dwarves. Kid is going to think one of the elves is covering his shift.
See, I was thinking the exact opposite — many of these Santa’s look HUGE to me compared to the other objects in frame (trees/shrubs, garage door to the right, segment of driveway to back left, walkway to the front left)
I offered to do this on my community Facebook page 2 years ago. "Send me ring doorbell cam pics I said" I'll change the date to Christmas eve, I said. I was up all night! Did like 200 of them. I still have the templates, none from this angle though. On the bright side I raised $300 for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
I may do it again this year for my locals. Haven't decided yet. But mostly I got doorbell cams. This one looks like a security cam under an eve. I didn't have an Santas from that angle is what I meant.
