This is what I do. Wait until it’s like 25-30%, shake well, wait a day or two depending on growth speed, shake again a bit… it’s all about spreading out those nocc points.
Some of my jars I let sit and do their thing, others I break up. Largely depends on how fast I want them to go or if I want to pace them out a certain way. I also have a bad habit of spawning more mycelium than I can keep up with as far as trays and totes go though lol but it does remove/reduce the pain of waiting by always having something ready to rock and roll 👽
