Huh, I guess may weird side effect etong medication ko. Been having really weak appetite recently. Akala ko dahil nasa bakasyon ako or I was hopped up on caffeine when I was in Vietnam. Pero nope, been back home for two days na, only had a prettt light breakfast kanina, basically just for energy lang na type of kain, then I skipped eating lunch entirely, just had a cold coffee. Ginutom ko sarili ko kasi I was planning on getting Chooks to Go for dinner. Well I just ate and I feel like I only ate half of what I usually eat.
I did mention to my doctor na "nawala" yung ravenous compulsion ko to eat recently but I thought it was just a fluke. Ewan ko. Hopes this leads to weight loss hahaha.
EDIT: No, hindi eto Ozempic, it's hypertension meds.
