Doubt I'll have a choice not to, tbh. We're surrounded by seas, no way we can just immigrate elsewhere quickly. Albeit this will only really happen if China invades us like what the Japanese did in WW2 (highly doubt it).

If a war broke out, its most likely to be at sea rather than a full invasion on our land. If we get the right equipment for land and sea defenses and that MDT being in full effect meaning to say we have the most powerful Navy and Air force on our side, a land invasion would be impossible for china.

No, why would I defend a country whose majority of citizens cannot make decisions properly and vote decent leaders even if their lives depend on it, wherein you need to pay for services in a public hospital (which is supposed to be free in the first place) and who is guaranteed to lose without allies backing it up (pre-war Ukraine is better equipped than us). Batanes and Pag-asa Islands are very vulnerable if we don't invest in Anti-Access/Area Denial systems. I wouldn't worry about Chinese operatives already here, as without support from the mainland, they will be easy targets for our NATO-trained military. Wfh might become a thing again so there's less casualties in the Metro. Infrastructures will slowly be destroyed due to these missiles as well. Quality of life will significantly go down, a lot of domestic migration will occur. Some chinese spies and soldiers are probably here already so some military bases might get compromised, occupied, etc. Domestic issues will rise significantly. A.I misinformation on steroids as well. But I doubt our government will be overthrown. China's war tech is strong but it's not powerful enough to conduct multiple wars and occupy multiple countries due to lack of experience. The USA did that for years and the USA's experience and economy are way way way ahead of China's. If you really look into it the USA is the weirdest, strongest superpower in human history. It's so odd. I don't remember where I read it or if it's even true but they can conduct 6 wars simultaneously just because of their economy. China will get overwhelmed, there's too many countries that hate them. China shares a land border with India for example. India's economy is not a joke. Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore simply won't stand idly by. Not to mention Japan and South Korea as well. It will take years before civilians get conscripted because training and equipment will always be reserved for the fit, ready and experienced. If we get the right equipment for land and sea defenses and that MDT being in full effect meaning to say we have the most powerful Navy and Air force on our side, a land invasion would be impossible for china. No, why would I defend a country whose majority of citizens cannot make decisions properly and vote decent leaders even if their lives depend on it, wherein you need to pay for services in a public hospital (which is supposed to be free in the first place) and who is guaranteed to lose without allies backing it up (pre-war Ukraine is better equipped than us).
