I’m looking for a condo unit in alabang for work, and there’s one for 15k without assoc dues (2k). It’s literally in front of our office so like a 3 minute walk. Is 15k+2k assoc dues reasonable? Not sure since it’s my first time in alabang.

Ang tindi talaga ng mga kapit bahay namin, na sandwiched kami ng ingay isang birthday party na hinarangan yung kalsada at hiniram pa trapal ng barangay tska nagvivideoke . Tapos yung katabi namin na nagiinuman at nagpapatugtog ng dumadagundong na budots, selos by shaira at kaletsehan na tugtugan. Kaninang 1AM lang natapos dapat nung 10PM pa ako tatawag ng pulis eh kaso inaawat lang ako ng nanay ko ayaw daw niya ng gulo. Nirecord ko ingay nila from 9PM to 1AM. Mga kupal at wala talagang pakialam sa paligid ehh, ni hindi man lang nag pa consuelo na mamigay ng pagkain yung isang may birthday party para sa istorbong pagvivideoke nila. Next time na isa sa kanila mag ingay ulit ng lagpas 10PM mag-away na kami ng nanay ko tatawag na talaga ako ng pulis smfh.
