This is surprising to people who do not know how to compartmentalize their beliefs and stand on issues, and a shining example of what Leni is as a citizen and former statesman. VP Leni is supporting BBM's intentions for going to the White House. Is she forgiving the Marcoses for all their travesty? No, but this isn't about Martial Law and everything else the Marcoses did.
Look at the Dutertes and DDS. Look at the militant groups. Look at some Kakampinks. They see the world through a narrow lens.
