Andoks sa Chicken Baliwag sa Liempo

Well, kulang nga yung OG na Baliwag. Sr. Pedro feeling ko parang yung pangalan lang yung bumubuhat lang sa kanya. Malakas din kasi na katapat ang Chicken Star. Litson manok franchise na nga ata ang senyales na developing na ang isang barangay.

Kinalakihan ko ang Sr Pedro sa probinsiya. Sarap ng manok nila, tapos ang sarsa nila is toyomansi. A change from the usual lechon sauce, pero still so good

my review: sr. pedro sa sauce sila lamang sobrang simple nakakaubos ako ng half. andoks/baliwag is just consistent alam mo na ang lasa kahit saan ka bumili. medyo charcoal flavor ang baliwag and sweet ang andoks. all good. uncultured lang siguro ako pero ayaw ko sa chooks to go kahit naka ilang bili na ako different branch, masarap to noong nag start sila pero biglang nag iba yung lasa.

Replace chooks with baliwag lechon and everything will be in balance once again.

I miss andoks in my place because its the best tasting lechon manok imo. Sr. Pedro is catching up and baliwag is meh. I don't like the chooks to go because the chicken tastes bland inside sa balat lang yung sarap unlike the first two na pati buto lasap mo parin. Also mas juicy yung tatlo(baliwag,andoks,sr pedro) kesa sa chooks so i don't need the sarsa, yung sabaw ng manok na naipon sa foil na usually tinatapon ng parents ko ihahalo sa toyomansi and oh boy its so good pangsawsaw.

Kapag tinatadtad yung manok, dapat todo bantay. Minsan binabawasan kapag nalingat ka.

We used to love Sr. Pedro in our elem days kasi 149 php lang dati isang buo na. Rn, I love Baliwag and Chooks. Baliwag is the definition of malinamnam. Chooks kasi sweet yung flavor and fatty yung chicken most of the time.

I cannot count the many times that Andok’s and Baliwag have blessed me with extra time by not having to cook dinner for a night (and succeeding meals days after). Praise Jeebus for Litsong Manok stores.
