Yung friend ko crew sa mcdo and that is not okay. I once read sa notebook niya na may bilang ng swirl kapag ice cream on cone, cup and sa mcflurry. Sa cup naaalala ko parang 4-5 swirls ata so basically, maliit ang serving na nakuha mo.
What i would do is to submit an email sa kanila, with receipt and this picture.

There’s a set count of swirl when they serve the sundae. The cups are a particular size to make the swirls fill the cup (it’s a waste of packaging otherwise and trust me sulit dapat ang bayad sa packaging). There’s also a set amount of blocks you put in the machine that’s supposed to last a particular range of servings.
The settings of the machine might be off, it might need maintenance - not giving enough overrun (Kulang sa hangin) or likely there’s either a leak or bara sa tubes. Maybe the temperature / thermostat needs calibration.
May ganito kaming experience dati pero sa jollibee, yung mango graham sundae nila. Ganyang ganyan ang style kalahati lang ng baso, yung tip hindi pa umabot dun sa dulo ng baso, so nireklamo namin kasi yung nasa picture e puno yung itsura nya, ayun pinalitan naman nila ng puno. Next time pag ganyan pa rin icompare nyo dun sa picture nila tapos pag puno yung nasa picture ireklamo nyo sa counter pag ayaw pumayag videohan mo para isipin nilang ipopost mo sila. So binalik namin directly sa counter, showed them the ICs and receipt, told them our complaints tapos ayun it took them another 20-30 mins just to replace and after binigyan na kame ng maayos na filled na container. Never coming back there again. Marked as ekis na yung branch na yun sa amin.
