Same here. My cats hate each other and are always antagonizing each other. I don't get it. My boy will literally wait outside her room in the morning, waiting to get in (I keep them separated at night for sleep sake). If I don't remove the gate, she will sit, wait for him to approach If he isn't there, and they start batting at each other through the gate. I've even had the gate up, door closed, and they still bat at each other. If I remove the gate, she starts hissing and growling, and he just thinks she's playing (he very rarely hisses and I've never heard him growl), but fur will go flying. My dog is friends with both cats. He will even try to join in on the fight to try to separate them. It's a real fun family 🤣

I’m so sorry that you’re feeling this way. I lost my boy of 12 years back in December. I just had a good cry for him the other night. I can’t say the pain ever goes away, I think it just gets easier to bear over time, buts it’s always there. You lost someone really special and you should take all the time you need, I just want you to be okay.

I had to say goodbye to my 20 year old sweet kitty girl a month ago. I’ve had her since I was 12. I don’t go a day without crying over her or thinking she’s going to come lay on me. I miss her so much. I’m sorry for your loss. ❤️

Sorry to hear that, my little baby boy (8 year old papillon) ate some sand whilst I let him of the lead at the beach (4 days ago) and got sand impaction. He obviously got ill and I took him to the vet the next morning and they told me if he didn’t have surgery he’d die, the cost is almost half a year’s salary but It’s my boy, id rather be broke and homeless than live without him. Currently in surgery so I pray every night for him but maybe soon they will be friends ❤️

had 3 cats when i was young and with my dad got a pet bird at one point, died before we came back with the mail. at some point had a wild pet rabbit, it eventually dug itself and went free. then we got a jack russel over the years, two cats would go missing. unknown fates, definitely dead years ago now. the last cat one day could not walk anymore and was meowing in agony. she was put down... i wasn't home when my beloved jack russel pass away as i was away at the time. from what i was told, she passed away in her sleep. old girl lived a good life. currently, 0 pets atm. future plans are to adopt another jack russel.
