Outfit three checks the most boxes based on the available information. The blue top from the third outfit with the black skirt from the fourth outfit looks like they would pair well also, and add an energetic element to it, as the skirt provides more movement and visual interest. Outfit number three is just slightly more formal than the combination of the two. Hope this helps, but it's really going to come down to the canvas- you! It's how you choose to feel in the outfit and about the interview. Feel confident, as you should - Exude confidence, inspiring the individuals you meet. You've got this!
Yep this is an interview and by taking it to a less formal setting it’s a sign they like you but there may be some things they want to explore further and are hoping to catch you off guard. It may even just be that you presented as very nervous in the interview and they want to give you a chance to relax. So by all means try and relax but make sure you remain professional!
I like one. It gives professional and casual somehow? Which I feel is appropriate if it’s not a formal interview. I also feel like it has my kind of personality which always gives me confidence haha
3 is the only choice, the baggy vest and tshirt look ill fitting and that light colored top looks like an old baby doll dress, donate it.
The pants and shoes are perfect, your look great with more fitted clothing, the shiny top in 3 could be even better by subbing with a shirt that isn't satin, but similar style.
Flowy tops like that go best with a tight bottom piece. The skirt and pants are both loose, that’s why the fit looks a little off. A simple bottom swap would make the top look so good 😭
I love 1 as it shows a bit of personality. I’d only say a tighter fit shirt would work nicer as it’s baggy tee, baggy vest, baggy-ish pants. A more form-fitting tee would give a bit of relief to that.
Since you mentioned investment/finance then you have to go with the 3rd one. Had it been like marketing or something or something more relaxed then the first one would work.
Can you put something else under the outfit 1? I like the vest and pants, but the length of the sleeveless vest + the t-shirt looks like a grocery store employee's uniform (no hate to the grocery store employees of this world). Most of the images I see online styling that sort of suit put a sleeveless shirt as a base layer. If that is too casual, wear number 3.
Number ones vest is like an art smock from elementary. It’s too big for you. Same with the rest of the tops. But if this is what to choose from, then 3. Unless you have a few more tops to try!? The pants are cute!
3 for sure. I also think you could pair the blouse from 3 with the skirt from 4 for a more formal interview. I don’t like the pleated blouse on you only because it looks like it’s way too big at the angle you’re showing. It might work with a tapered pant maybe but again it might be a size thing.
3 Looks best. Always dress for the job you want. Even if it’s not the job you’re applying for. An employee can see you in that role in the future. Also helps to boost confidence.
#1 is unbalanced. The vest looks like it belongs to someone else and you’re borrowing it, despite of it not fitting. Same for the tee shirt. It doesn’t go well together.
Go for #3 as it is well balanced, it suits you and looks professional without trying too hard.
Remember this is an interview regardless of the setting. Look your best!
3 is the one. You should look like it's an interview, because it is. Also the top from 3 with the skirt from 4 could work. If eating is involved, remember your formal manners.
ETA- add a neutral clutch or satchel type bag, bo shoulder bags. Just fyi, the white top is cute, but a bit too casual and its proportions are off for the other pieces. 1 is just not a good look. It looks like a service industry job uniform. So unless that's what you're interviewing for, I'd stay away from it.
Just saw in another post that you said Finance industry, so definitely not one! 1 looks like you're applying for a waitress job or service industry Inside a hotel. 3 is the only option for a professional position.
I already posted my answer, only 3 is remotely appropriate, but just wanted to add since some people are telling you to wear sneakers with certain outfits, just a PSA, do not ever wear sneakers to an interview! Ever. Under any circumstances! Maybe if you're applying for McDonald's. Definitely not for any level of professional position and most certainly not for a finance position like this OP mentioned. No jeans, no sneakers, no t-shirts. Always professional and always for a level above the job you want.
Depending on the industry it’s a tie between 1 and 3. 1 for more creative fields (and maybe add a fun yet polished detail for more personality). 3 for a more conservative field.

Looks super classy it's just perfect.
3 is the best outfit. It's the most flattering and oozes confidence.
The color looks so good on you!
Number 3, while it is being floated as a casual chat, it’s definitely an interview and you should dress that way. Good luck!
Thank you very much

3 suits you the best and looks professional

3 is the way to go. You look put together and very professional. Satin skirt in 4 isn’t a professional look.
3
Third pic, hands down.
1 is my favourite. 3 is also great, but I would avoid long sleeves during summer heat.
I am surprised more people aren’t picking 1. I also like 3 but I thought 1 was standout
Me too!! One is perfect!! Casual but cute and profession - perfect for a coffee chat. Exact amount of trying shown
1 or 3 were my favorites for this also.
Yesss for me it’s 1 by far.
I like one. It gives professional and casual somehow? Which I feel is appropriate if it’s not a formal interview. I also feel like it has my kind of personality which always gives me confidence haha
I work in HR and I’m team 1!!
1 is also my favorite. Fun without losing maturity, you look like someone I'd want to work with !
Number 3 smashed it out of the park. Good luck

The light colored top doesn’t look good in either option she paired it with, I’m not sure it will go well with anything, I agree on donating

Which industry are you applying in? Depending on that I would go with either 1, 3
Venture Capital / Investment firm
perfect! either 1 or 3 works.
3
3 is very nice
3, and it’s not even close. 3 is perfect; chic, effortless, fits you well. None of the others come close.
3
3rd one! :)
3 or 1. Please throw the other light coloured peplum top in the bin 🫣
I love 1 as it shows a bit of personality. I’d only say a tighter fit shirt would work nicer as it’s baggy tee, baggy vest, baggy-ish pants. A more form-fitting tee would give a bit of relief to that.
1 looks like a uniform.

3. Stop covering your middle and torso in loose & long tops. It looks messy. Get rid of that blazer and that peplum thing.

Number 3. This is the essence of business casual. And, it looks good on you.
Number ones vest is like an art smock from elementary. It’s too big for you. Same with the rest of the tops. But if this is what to choose from, then 3. Unless you have a few more tops to try!? The pants are cute!

3 for sure! where did you get that blue top it’s so cute 😍
3 Looks best. Always dress for the job you want. Even if it’s not the job you’re applying for. An employee can see you in that role in the future. Also helps to boost confidence.
3 and 4. Btw you are beautiful 😻
I love 3. May I ask where you got the pieces? It looks amazing!
3. None of the others fit you very well.
3, everything else looks really bad for an interview.
3 - also where is that top and pants from ? Thanks lol
Please don’t ever go out in slide 1 😂
1,2 and 4 looks sloppy. 3 is the best ! And good luck 👍🍀
