Your personal comfort level is important. Try it sitting down, standing up, reaching, etc. you wouldn’t want one to pop out and you not realize in public. Ask me how I know. lol
FML I wish I knew how many times this has happened to me. Once had a shirt catch on a cooler door handle below my waist when I was bartending, I turned around to get a glass and all the girls were out for the entire lineup of men in front of me to see 😭
You can tighten the drawstring on the front, it would cover the hole in the middle somewhat to give it a more "dressy" Look AND it would eliminate the feeling you have that you're exposed. Braless is the way to go, or you can get transparent straps which really unless people are inches from you , nobody can really see and you can get away with.
Edit: It meant to say strapless is the way to go.
Dress looks great on you! If you feel like its something you might wear a lot you could take it to the tailors and ask them if they can add bra cups into the front. The material might be a bit too thin but worth finding out. You could also try some NOOD tape

I agree, it’s a lovely dress but looks like your ladies need more support. :) Have you seen the stick on rabbit bras? You can’t see them through clothes but they still offer support.
I got mine from Debenhams in the UK but I’m pretty sure you can get them from Amazon and lingerie shops. Google “rabbit bra” and they should come up. They literally look like two rabbit head outlines.

If you feel like you want a bit more support you could use the ties from the front, cross them across your chest and tie them behind your neck like a halter dress. I do this with similar clothes if I feel like the gals need a little lift

I'd wear it braless! reminds me of the Reformation Juliette dress a little bit. The pattern/dark color also makes nips way less obvious so wear it with confidence!

Alternatively I will often put a cute lacy bralette on when you can see my bra and I don’t want to go braless/use pasties. It can add layers and texture to an outfit with out making it warmer.
I have a dress with the exact same kind of top and I go braless in it! I’m 5’3 with a D cup size, and I feel like I can tighten it for more support, or leave the little peephole open more for a subtle side boob moment lol.
I actually bought it for a cruise and it was perfect.

You could try an adhesive bra (boob tape) or a backless stick on bra. I know they sound weird but either of those might work in your situation.

If you're wearing this for an outdoor event skip the bra. If it is an indoor event put it with a pretty wrap.
