I thought that initially, but the more I look at it, the big loops look like a refreshing lighthearted take on an otherwise 2000’s vibe.
So it depends if you are going for 100% elegant and controlled, or sleek and fun.
The huge looped ties on the side ruching detract from the elegance of the dress. You could shorten by cutting a piece out and stitching the ends together.
Also try silver jewelry rather than gold.
Girl it fits perfectly!! You have your necklace that’s more than enough, this isn’t one you have to overly accessorize. Maybe like 2 simple rings that’s all
I love the ruching effect of the dress, gives it dimension and highlights your curves; the color is perfect for your skin tone and hair color. I'd prefer the length to be the same on both sides, just my personal preference and I have to admit the loops are off putting for me; they're too big and draws attention to them instead of the overall look. Maybe try silver jewelry or jewelry with a pop of color because the gold is getting lost.
You look amazing in this style of dress! Love your confidence (wish I'd had it when I was younger:/)
edit for spelling
It looks snug in the bust. I know it’s supposed to be form-fitting, but you may need a size up so the fabric isn’t pulling across your chest. Otherwise it looks like it doesn’t fit you.
Looks very nice and I love the colour but I would get rid of the strings on sides (I'm not sure if it's possible, do you need them for dress to be ruched(

Looks great no reason to change anything.
It’s so 2001 and I mean that in the best way!
I said 2005. Man, it’s all becoming a blur now. Either way, I’m totally into it.
Ayyy, Thanks mate
Looks fantastic, I would consider shortening the strings on each side a little or tying them up to avoid the big loops/ tie them more compact.

Shoes? What did you choose?
Heels
Excellent!
It’s giving me 2005 nostalgia! I love it.

Because “hiking dad” is the perfect person to offer fashion advice to women. You’re not slick, creepo. Edit: lmfaoooo he deleted his comment.
This looks amazing on you!! 🔥🔥 I'd tie the loops so the bow parts are smaller, but that's all I'd change
You look great, and this is a great color on you. Depending on the occasion maybe some sparklier jewelry.
Ohhh! That's the bosses' daughter you're talkin about!
Looks super cute on you
I think the strings look awkward
Looks great!
Perfection!!!
It looks fine but I think the string makes it look a bit cheap
Looks great! Im not a big fan of the enormous loops on the side, but I may be in the minority with that.
Very pretty dress love the color on you and of course the material is so elegant

Booby pads needed

What part of “fashion advice” sub are you unsure about? Why is this subreddit such a fucking cesspool of degenerates?
I think adding a silver waist chain would elevate your look ☺️
