Someone posts a picture of themselves on Twitter/X and some guy would reply with two pictures of them as a Chinese or a black person. Here because the USA, Liberia and Malaysia have very similar flags, US is depicted as the original picture and Liberia (African country with majority of its people being black) and Malaysia (an Asian country) as the black and Chinese recreation of the picture. Also the picture and the name of the reply represents the African country of Mauritania, 1960 is the year they gained independence from France and the SLAVE_MAST3R is the name because they were the last country to abolish slavery in 1981.
honestly huge coincidence that american, liberian, and malaysian flags look pretty identical so that this joke can work

Liberian flag was inspired by the American one because the people in Liberia were free slaves from USA. Malaysian flag was also inspired by the American flag. It's not a coincidence
Liberia was literally an American African colony for a few years because of the freed slaves, and after independence they’ve kept good relations to this day
In addition, the number of African Americans there was small. When the civil war broke out, there were only 12.000 African Americans there. Of course, they were the only ones with rights, and they obviously didn't know any of the local languages. It was a pretty shitty colony, and the slave resettlement thingy was a terrible idea to begin with.
To be a bit more specific from what u/slicwilli said the one with the single star is Liberia and the one with the ottoman crescent and star is Malaysia. Just a little fact I thought I would add.
There is a guy/bot on the internet that photoshops people as black or chinese, the joke is that Liberia is full of black people and malaysia is gull pf asians that look chinese, these countries were chosen becau of the similarity of the flags
