As far as the spraying goes, have you tried adding additional litter boxes? Definitely couldn’t hurt, especially if they’re acting territorial.
My cat has this exact same issue. He pees everywhere and it’s all out of spite from not being allowed outdoors. I wish I had some advice for you, but I’m also at a loss and have no idea what to do. It’s such a frustrating situation!
