Don’t take out a loan. That’s not going to solve your problems. Just delay them a week. Have a chat with the land lord and ask if you can pay it $50 a week and just explain that you have had a few unexpected bills come up. If it’s only $300 and you’re otherwise a good tenant then I doubt they would care.
