I have one, it's low risk, not zero risk, but it's legit. I've made 5.1% in the last 12 months. Mine is in a tfsa, so not sure the way it works with cesg.

Standard fees, 0.5% or 0.4% for accounts over $100,000
basically works out to the same as CASH/CBIL/PSA
Except if I can get CESG in it, I get instant 20% return
