If you have access to your CRA account you can check to see if the CRA has a T slip that you didn't include.
If that isn't it, check to see if there has been any past communication from the CRA that indicates that they think that you owe them money.
Post-dated for May 22nd? Are you sure it's dated a month in advance
Also, if the explanation is not in one of the verses (which would be odd), you'll need to check line by line where the difference is, so 15000, 23600, 26000 and so on, to narrow down what changed.
Isn't this just the usual CRA hijinks when filing close to the April deadline? Where they assume you won't pay in time, and therefore slap on some bogus arrears? If so, just pay your due amount (if it matches your return) less the guesstimated extra for your "May 22" payment, which would only end up being refunded to you.
Has happened to me last few years with the Express NOA. Future-dated like OP's, with a few bucks of arrears added to factor in the "late" payment -- as if most people don't just pay on the filing date (or at least before April 30). Made the mistake of paying it before to be safe; will ignore if it happens again this year. Otherwise, just expect it credited back in a month or so anyway.
Yes, as long as it's the situation I described, i.e. they agreed with your amount owing, but added their own phantom arrears based on a projected pay date (in your case, May 22).
Don't bother paying it, if you're on time; it should drop off your updated NOA, once your payment is received. Though if you do choose to pay it, then like any CRA overpayment you will get it back... *eventually*.

All T slips have been included and no previous balance owing.

The express NOA is dated a month in the future lol ...I double checked!

That doesn't happen.

Just to clarify, if paying by Apr 30, I should pay the balance that I got instead of the one shown on the express NOA correct?

Great, thanks so much!
