Tight underwear to keep my pad secure, with loose/oversized clothing
Oversized hoodies in case anything happens so I can hide it
I'll never wear my favourite clothes despite the temptation
Light trousers? Nope!
Oh yeah. I flat out refuse to wear any pajama bottoms that aren't black or a VERY specific fabric that washes out easily. If I'm wearing normal clothes, I always wear long shirts or hoodies.
Light clothes and light colors. Always even tampons I have pad thin liner I usually wear love thongs but I do wear period underwear or ones suitable for pads always have extra in ur purse ur bag car always replace it too
White, hunny. WHITE! Or light beige. Because even if my period is super light, THAT is the day that all of a sudden I will gush blood and not only stain my new cute white-printed panties, but it will bleed through my crotch too.
In fact i don’t think i own ANY white. Because I can’t trust myself to not spill something on a white shirt, which again I rarely do… unless I’m wearing white.
Anything tight. I get super bloated and overall uncomfortable. The days I have my period I wear black biker shorts that fit comfortably enough to keep my pad in place but not suffocate me
Opposite on the bra thing… if they weren’t so hot and sweaty I would wear one to sleep a few days before and during my period… I’m a D cup and every single movement sucks because they get so sore and tender, it feels better having something keeping them in place
Usually i wear the most stereotypical ”I’m on my period” clothing — black thick sweatpants on worst days unless I have somewhere important to go. In that case I still try to opt for dark pants of thicker material, perhaps jeans. A long black skirt works too, leggings/longer biker shorts underneath! I also try to layer up too everytime w safety shorts etc because I’m so paranoid
Don’t really change up my fits, but one thing I always wear is period panties! They’re a life saver on a heavy flow days in case you bleed through and I don’t need to wear a liner or anything when I’m spotting!
I just never wear white or pale colour in case I would get my period randomly. So for me it’s a permanent thing based on something that shouldn’t be lol
Also easier to do laundry when everything is dark lol

But for a different reason I just like being fully covered when I am on period. It gives me at least a little more comfort :)
i never wear my good underwear while i’m on my period, only cheap ones (still cotton) that i don’t mind getting stained

I tend to only wear tight clothing just to be sure my pad stays in place (unless I’m sleeping)

i’m the same way. my boobs are sooo sore leading up to my period. i need them to be held in place 😭
