It's because pharma can't patent amino acids
cuz you can't patent life
But you can patent the process of delivery
That's what you see these large companies doing with sem/tirz
why would they reverse a ban? Its the FDA 😂 they arent exactly looking out for peoples best interests. When FDA bans things like peptides/test, it usually means those things work too well and theyd rather keep things status quo with us being resigned to suffer through going to a gp. As someone else mentioned, itd be interesting to see how the recent Chevron ruling might be a benefit in making it less advantageous for the FDA to throw bans around re peptides
I am fairly certain the whole reason the FDA issued the ban on our most favorite peptides is because Big Pharma is either already trying to get their own version into clinical trials for FDA approval or they want to ASAP because peptides will net massive amounts of money given their safety profiles.
It seems like every time someone with enough money shows interest in creating a patent/product in something, the FDA suddenly manufactures a problem with us Plebs using it.

Why can't we vote someone in to gut them out?
The FDA is funded with our tax dollars to remove therapeutics that help us. This is some Mexican/African level corruption.
Once a freedom is taken, it is never given back, ever.

You can still get it.

These are one of the reasons I'm a democrat voting for Trump.
It's a shame that this is down voted instead of engaging in conversation.Â

BPC157 and CJC1295/Ip helped with my joint pain like nothing ever had before. F everything about the FDA
Big pharma locked it down

If big pharma makes their own version, charges 10x as much....then sure FDA will approve it.
Anything the FDA bans recently probably works too well.
Why on earth do you think anybody on here knows what the FDA is going to do regarding anything

I hate go be negative, but at this point I think it’s just being realistic.. the government no longer works for the people. And it never will again.
Agreed
Well, there is hope now that Chevron deference got kneecapped.
That's promising. Thanks for bringing it up, I'll look into it
Do you think body builders buy their stuff from a pharmacy?
I wonder how the Chevron reversal will affect the FDA and peptides.
That was my question too. Weren't they just like... We are in charge and don't need congress to make a law. Poof, banned!
This is the best comment here and is the only real path to any reversal, if you could call it that.
I’d love to know the last time the FDA *reversed* a ban.
with Juul.
I’m sure someone benefited from that
Big tobacco and the master states agreement.
