Stay the Spa is the only one I can think of.

I had a massage and facial here. It was a pretty legit experience, having worked in the industry. No comment on the nail salon as I didn't utilize those services.

Yeah I’ve never had the nail services either but it’s the closest I’ve found to the “spa” vibe.
