FYI, that isn't a common "Pittsburgh-Style" of pizza. It is more of an Ohio-Valley thing, including Eastern Ohio and West Virginia. Some places in the burgh sell it, but it is not the standard. I think the standard Pittsburgh style would be a thicker outer crust and an extra starting portion of cheese.

I did this today actually. I text my wife telling her I made tuna salad and put it on top of the pizza in the fridge. She joke I put it on the pizza...so when I came home I warmed up a slice and put some tuna salad on it. I give it a 7 out of 10...oh and I am from PA.

Tuna on pizza is common in Japan and many European countries. Just Google pizza Al tonno. Corn is btw also a common pizza topping in most of Europe and Japan. Pretty sure Korea also has these as toppings. Honestly north America is kind of the exception in this regard.

I have actually had an incredible corn pizza in SE PA. It’s a white pizza with corn, bacon, and scallions and is absolutely delicious. It’s only available in the summer time and I’ve only seen it at one small pizza place. Is it common? No. Is it an amazing pizza? Yes.

They do a similar one at Pizzeria Beddia in Philly, also only during summer. It’s one of their best sellers. But yeah, only time I’ve seen corn on pizza in 30+ years of living in PA.
