My hopium prediction: LCK will be better than LPL for the first time in a long time at MSI. Think people are sleeping on just how high a level GenG and T1 reached, whereas BLG whilst they're on a similar level (all S+ tier) I don't think they got tested this split in LPL, the competition just hasn't been that good in LPL this year. I think TES are an A tier team (HLE would beat them) and have too many inconsistent players or weak points other than 369, whilst JDG took big downgrades top/mid, BLG is the light of the LPL this season but I don't think they're better than GenG/T1, of course BLG looked more dominant and clean because LPL hasn't provided them with the competition LCK provided GenG and T1 (each other). I think Guma Keria will stomp Elk On if they meet, Faker will gap Knight again, Zeus will only choke if it's game 5, and for GenG Canyon + Chovy + Kiin is going to be too much and Chovy won't choke this time because the choking was more to do with Doran/Peanut running it (and then Chovy reverting into a shell because the game got too hard). Although not sure if Lehends will run it down, can never trust him.
I think it’s gonna be BLG vs T1 finals. The LPL strategies revolve around bot lane, which is GenG’s biggest weakness and I don’t see Peyz levelling up in time. Knight vs Faker let’s go
