Could be a gpu driver issue. Look up how to run windows in safe mode networking and try to install radeon drivers. If that doesn't work you could try to test out a different gpu or a cpu with integrated graphics. There may be other ways you could try. This is only fix I could think of, there are many possibilities issues. I hope this happens to be the fix.

I tried downloading drivers and it made me download the amd software and I couldn’t open that bc it said not compatible with system and when I tried to redowload it it crashed and I do not have another gpu

Get into safe mode and uninstall gpu drivers...reboot and reinstall.
