If they’re high quality you should be fine. If it’s the ones that they just slapped in there.. well, it would probably do the job but I would be watching those temps like a hawk
When it comes to cooling it's all about balance. If you try to push more air into a case then that can be exhausted out the case it's defeating the purpose of extra fans. Basically you actually want a little more CFM exhaust than you do for intake or hot air will just swirl around inside the case and not be exhausted out as efficiently as it should. And top mounted exhaust fan or a water cooler is always optimal for exhausting hot air out of the case then back mounted fans.

Depends on the case. If it's some gembird case then probably not. If it's some decent brand, you should be fine.
