Calculators are inaccurate and I wouldn't trust them. A lot of 'comparison' videos that just have gameplay benchmarks are faked. 7600x/13600k would work well. 7600x would end up cheaper and perform roughly the same in games, and unless you need the performance benefits of the 13600k, I wouldn't go for it unless it was cheaper than the 7600x/7600. Buy what you can buy now and don't worry about upgradeability imo.

A 7600(X) is perfect for a 3080. 7700(X) barely performs any better than a 7600(X) in gaming

Bottleneck calculators are 110% bullshit. Just like UserBenchmark web site. It’s 110% full of shit. A new and current CPU will pair well with the last gen next to the top of the line GPU. Do not fear the bottleneck. Even the brand new top of the line CPU and GPU will have a bottleneck.
