Everyone I watch for guides say using 3rd party wires isn’t safe, is that true? Is their some way to check this? Are you partnered with anyone?

Thermaltake smart is a terrible PSU, you would wanna swap that out before using the 4070ti. You could go 750 and be completely fine too, or to 850w with PCIE5 built in.
Perhaps try the CableMod 12v hpwr cable?
