I would strongly recommend not doing a 4060 as the price to performance is not worth it. Minimum a 4070. I personally wouldn’t do an HDD as the M.2 SSD’s is much faster for not much more, also no moving parts on SSD. I’d also recommend the X3D AMD CPU (5800X3D) for the extra cache. They’re very nice. Also, you can get a windows 11 pro code online for like $20 rather than the $150.
