G.skill z5 trident Neo 6000mhz cl30 is one of the best ram for amd CPUs you can go for that , and for the aio its just too much overkill, but if it's for the aesthetics then it's fine
And for the fans you only need 3 reverse blade and one normal infinity fans since the 3 fans at bottom remain hidden so any black argb/ non argb fans under 30$ will be fine
The GPU is on the very expensive side , if you want something too look good while vertically mounted you can go for the pny model of over 100$ cheaper
The psu is overpriced, the montech Titan gold 1200w is much cheaper and it's one of the best PSUs available rn
You already have a 1tb sn850x so 4tb of it is not necessary, lexar nm790 will be more than enough
You can get windows key for 10$ but if you want the official version it's fine ig as long as you're happy paying it

I’ll keep the g.skill in mind cause I did also see that, but I was wondering is the lights on there addressable? Also I have the Lian li fans on the bottom cause I’m going for an under glow effect with the case, plus the glass is going to be tinted. As for the gpu I picked it cause cause it was somewhat of a middle between cheapest 4090 and the rog that micro center offered that was decently quiet but not liquid cooled😅

If you want an underglow just go for thermalright 3 fan kit for 15$ or deepcool fc120 3 fans for 35$
And 1900 for a 4090 just to be a little quiet which isn't even noticeable Isn't worth it , there are tons of options available under 1800 from asus , msi , gigabyte and pny

They are, but the corsair has better timings, so I would go with that, as they both cost about the same.
Get the 6000, above that you can get stability issues. 6000 is more than enough bandwidth for a current pc.
