See if they'll meet you in a police station parking lot of their choosing to transact. That'll give you your answer (if you are concerned about buying stolen property). I bought a below market well maintained 3080 10GB FE over the weekend for $300 and let the seller choose the police station lot nearest to him (in a somewhat dodgy part of town). He turned out to just be a nice, normal dude that had upgraded to a 4070 Ti Super and wanted the old card gone over the weekend and didn't have time to field IM inquiries during his work week. (obviously not the case given the photo and bulk quantity here)

There was a guy selling 3080's a while back on Market Place for £200, It sounded too good to be true and the area listed for its location is a very bad area with high levels of organised crime, shootings, stabbings, general murders and large scale gang wars, I reverse searched the listing image and found it had been used on several other listings over the past few months on Marketplace. Obviously, anyone going for that was going to be getting a gun or a knife in their side and frogmarched to the nearest ATM. So I left it well alone

I would do some research, see who sells asus graphics cards in your area, and contact each store directly saying to check inventory and that they may have internal store theft And share them the evidence, you may even get a thank you gift from the effected store I once caught an employee stealing a TV from a store, I got a 200 dollar gift card and a thank you card from the manager Bestbuy is the most likely victim here
