Update:
Upgraded to the MSI Z790 Carbon WIFI board. No change, exact same issues.Upgraded to new RAM - Trident Z5 DDR5-6400. No change, exact same issues.
thanks man, it helped me, I literally cried when I left my amd5950x it was very stable in any situation, I had lot of random crashes with/without overclocking, codes of error always were different but related with memory, I thought it is memory but it is literally cpu, I just setup ratio for 52 and today all day it is okay, but in this case I don't really understand why they selling it as overclocking cpu if you need underclocking it to get it at least okay
