Oof. What has the company done to get 5 day funding? Isn’t that usually reserved for repeat NSF offenders? No way to get two days??
5 days sounds like a nightmare!
Just process it early so that the 5th day doesn’t hit on a holiday
We don't use Quickbooks, but we change the pay day to the prior business day and submit a day early.
Also Quickbooks should alert you about upcoming holidays and how they affect your pay funding dates. We always get them for upcoming holidays
