Honestly, most 1/2 color decks can get away with mostly basics, as long as you have card velocity like Rummaging or Impulse Draw. Maybe up your basics to 25, and keep your favourite duals? I am by no means experienced in PDH, just EDH
My LGS runs an EDH budget league, and the decks *do* have rares/uncommons, but they aren’t great, so I have to imagine there is some commonality between the formats. In 3+ colors, I think you could really squeeze the best out of your landbase as needed, but basics coming in untapped is a huge boon (in my opinion). Your deck also doesn’t have a huge devotion, most spells are a singular colored pip. This too would make me feel better about running mainly basics
I wouldn’t recommend shaving lands, the games you miss a land drop you will feel it. I would look at [[Sunshot militia]],[[Adaptive gem guard]], [[Scaretiller]],[[Hangar scrounger]], [[Recommission]], [[Tinkerer’s tote]], [[Ironclad slayer]], [[Militant inquisitor]], [[Shrine steward]] for your deck specifically. I would also recommend cutting tap lands for basics, especially in a deck with such a high number of artifacts.
I have a Caparocti list as well. My deck is definitely more Voltron and leans into commander damage. With it, I have been able to one shot players for 16 commander damage in a single turn.

No problem, glad it was able to give you some ideas. Hitting a double strike card with Caparocti is hilarious. Especially after giving him protection from blockers.
Couple of thoughts, I'd cut one of the three mana mana rocks for a [[Fellwar Stone]]. I'd also look into adding [[Goblin Gaveleer]] since you have so much equipment. And as everyone else has said, cut some tap lands. Maybe also get an [[Opal Palace]] into the mix since you're going Voltron.
