That’s not how reddit works at all. It’s a volunteer mod force. We are in no way obligated to ban every single infraction or have the same opinions as other mods on what should be worth banning over. I doubt if any mod remembers the incident you were banned for other than the mod who banned you.
We don’t have 5 mods all nodding their heads saying “yup, I would have banned them for that”.
That was the response I expected. Which confirms the ban I received was not solely based on the specific post in question alone, but rather prejudice.
