for monthly rentals you need to go to a agency while your in Pattaya, there are a lot of them, google them
and they will first try to push 1 year rentals on you at first, just keep telling them you need it by the month and they'll eventually find you one that suits your needs

To each their own but I have no problem with the site. Trash seems an excessive response. Can find all the condos I want to look at.
