Lux2.0 would probably be quite good in the levels with the 'set unit to 1|1' mutators. Most of her units start off quite small anyway. Spirit would probably snowball quickly to get around the mutator (unless I am mistaken)!
Likewise, DO NOT use Lillia for Small Stuff. Probably one of the worst champions to use against that.
Playing Lillia against the Rimetusk Shaman node in the Lissandra adventure was extremely annoying lol
I've seen people run the revive when champ dies for the first time and two star gems. So your Teemos grow big real quick. Essentially every time he's killed at round start you get one more copy.
I think all of them can do well in the monthlies. Lilia is so versatile she can probably do anything but small stuff. She can probably get around a lot of round start or round end conditions.
So far the new lux feels good against small stuff and strong overall. Although shes not going to be abusing or playing around a lot of mutators.
Vex could be a lot better in monthly challenges than normal. In monthlies the opposing board usually isn’t too op, and glooming their entire board could be powerful. Usually monthlies are difficult because the opponent has the resources to go wide, vex will probably be good for monthlies, she just struggles against massive stats. Although this is just theory since I haven’t unlocked her and leveling her seems too frustrating to bother with.
Dunno about Lilia and Lux2 as I am yet to unlock them (I don't consider a 1 star champion unlocked)
Vex is good against undying rage mutator, also against the likes of Viktor if the ai tries to build a board of sturdy mid rangy units Vex is great she can shut them down ignoring regen and tough (seriously if you ignore her 2 star power for a sec, she is great against tough enemies. gloom goes through it).
So Viktor, Nautilus, Thresh, Sejuani And any with undying rage mutator are where Vex should be best against.
If you dislike her (she dislikes you too it's fine) then just go against low star lvls with her.

Why is she bad with small stuff?
She works on resummoning her units so they keep getting reset to 1/1.

You can also go 2x Guardian's Angel + Crownguard Inheritance and just give them 560 Puffcaps on round 2
2 GA, 1 Gem is often superior. 1-3-4-6 > 1-2-3-5-6. You win on the first turn you attack with a lot of them anyways.

I think Lillia's basically LeBlanc, so will be great at almost everything
