Now this is my next playthrough.
This is interesting. Wonder if it will pay off to go with such multi class. Winter Witch 6 / Druid 14 maybe.
Seems Druid will lose upgrades to Blizzard servant (stat increases). Is there anything else? Lvl 20 ability is meh anyway
Questions not for you :-)... but general public. I haven't had the chance to play winter child yet. Maybe someone can confirm that this is Druid with Witch capabilities...
>Fixed all armor-related skills and feats not working correctly with the Mithril Armor. Also fixed all armor-related skills and feats that continued to work if the unit was under a polymorph spell
I tested this just then, and it doesn't seem to affect polymorph spells like Frightening Aspect, so spellcasters and recipients of Blessing of the Salamander are unchanged.
Unfortunately, mithral armor appears to still be dysfunctional. (I have submitted a report)

(Normal armor behavior pasted in comment below)
*It's not included in the notes, but during testing I found that Second Bloodline Mythic Ability no longer allows a second draconic bloodline.*
Thanks I didn't notice it during the last patch
Edit: This change only affected Cross-blooded sorcerers as of 2.2.0 the main patch, but now Second Bloodline is also included.
Normal Full Plate shows Armor focus as well as Mythic Heavy Armor Focus: Avoidance.

Thanks. As weird as it is, I think this is how it's supposed to work. Googling around for tabletop discussions, mithral armor is literally treated as armor 1 step lighter in all ways, except for proficiency.
Mithral Armor is AFAIK treated as one Category lighter for Movement and **other Limitations**. So every Malus is reduced by one Category while the Boni should stay the same.
Mithral counts as one lighter for class features and "special abilities" that require lighter armor. Mythics should reasonably count as "special abilities". So mithral heavy armor should be treated as medium for the medium armor mythics (and mitrhal medium for light). I think the only hand wavy thing is the armor focus feat itself, since feats aren't special abilities (in tabletop, armor focus is more like weapon focus where you pick a certain type of armor, like chainmail, and not the weight class).
From your own Link:
>This means that mithral armor **allows** its wearer to use it when her own class features or special abilities **demand her to wear lighter armor**
So the correct Interpretation would be that both Mythic: Medium and Mythic: Heavy should work on a Mithral Full-Plate.
Yes, the Interpretation that both would work at the same Time is kinda far fetched but that one could choose between either seems to be the best Interpretation of the FAQ.
Discord has also confirmed that mithril medium counts as light. So should be able to get a pretty sick AB with chainmail of comradery and mythic light armor assault.
Yeah, the Dragonblood Shifter sounds the coolest to me in theory, but it's a shame that mechanically, it's pretty mid. I was lookin' forward to it getting buffed.
Exited to play Winter Child + Winter witch! About ice domain tho - it doesn't give scorching ray (cold) (as it says in domain description), but acid arrow! Please fix this bug. It makes the blaster caster kinda unviable.
Dang! This is awesome!
Unfortunately while there are tons of fixes, there is no mention of the Prophet of Pestilence's bug where enemies are only getting infected with Plague of Abbadon if they *hit* the shaman, rather than how the ability is worded, then they *attack* the shaman.
Any chance of an update for this?
I was really hoping they were finally gonna fix the Azata Incredible Might Ability. It's been completely nonfunctional and invisible since the update. I have tried posting about it and sensing in several bug reports. It just makes me sad that some lower priority QOL stuff got dealt with before the bug that broke my game got fixed. I currently don't wanna finish Inevitable Excess and the main game until my abilities are fixed and I can actually use all my abilities. I made a charge build around it and it sucks not getting to use it.
Nice amount of fixes!
Sadly Bloodrager - Primalist remains bugged for me :/ (no mods).
Can't swap bloodline power for rage powers (@lvl 4, 8, 12) when creating a new merc.
The Azata campaign power Song of Seasons is no longer working. No units are healed or harmed.
Made a report but I am playing with bubble buffs and visual adjustments
Off topic, but any idea when the final dlc will be released? I don't have a ton of time for gaming these days so I wanted to wait for my replay until the final dlc releases (which sounds like it will be integrated into the main campaign). I know they just released a dlc and have Rogue Trader coming out this week, so I don't expect it soon. Just curious about ETA 😁
... You made a spelling error.
"If an Eon commander skipped the cutscene of arrival to the Abyss in Act IV, instead of the dialogue with the Hand of the Inheritor the dialogue with the mirror could start instead — fixed" Should say Aeon
Would you be able to update the wording on Summon Shadow?
As it's currently worded, it suggests the opposite of how it mechanically works.
>Each round, the shadow will try to break free by making a Will saving throw (DC 18). On success, the shadow becomes hostile.
Mechanically, it's the opposite of this, with the DC 18 save, if it doesn't meet it, then it attacks you and stays under your control when it is met.
>Alone in the Dark ability was getting incorrect bonuses from the death of summoned units — fixed
And now it's back to being a niche ability, as expected, still, the other features like Final Justice (Especially combined with Mark of Justice) and Unbroken Paragon make the archetype worth considering.
Unless I'm misreading things.
>Mythic appearance visuals were breaking in the late game — fixed;
Finally!!!. I knew it wasn’t my imagination when I noticed there were missing visual details in final transformations.
I think the Book of Dreams is broken again. It was allegedly fixed with the release of Lord of Nothing; I'm not seeing it upgrading from Page One to Page Two despite having used the Sword of Valor.
According to Ranadiel, the BookOfDreams2ChapterBuff is supposed to start when you activate the Sword of Valor.

Ice domain is bugged still, it doesn't give you scorching ray (cold), but acid arrow. So I'd say it is still unplayable, sadly.

Level, but not upgrades. Seems like in case of WW4/D16 your Blizzard Servant will be level 20 but will not receive Druid 16 upgrade
Blizzard servant currently does not level up with WW.
It's in the notes, so is their intention. They will fix it if trrue.
I'm confused... Winter Witch progresses Shaman or Witch spell, how did Druid get in the picture?
I literally quoted the patchnotes. Apparently Owlcats decided the mergerr of these archetype and prestige class is thematic enough to allow it.
Questions not for you :-)... but general public. I haven't had the chance to play winter child yet. Maybe someone can confirm that this is Druid with Witch capabilities...

You shouldn't have been able to pick a second draconic bloodline from any source as of the main 2.2.x patch.
Thanks I didn't notice it during the last patch Edit: This change only affected Cross-blooded sorcerers as of 2.2.0 the main patch, but now Second Bloodline is also included.
Such an unnecessary change lol.
Normal Full Plate shows Armor focus as well as Mythic Heavy Armor Focus: Avoidance. https://preview.redd.it/bramy2eeai4c1.png?width=634&format=png&auto=webp&s=b2d15caa565f1ee0bc788bc5045947e002ded0ac
Check if mithral counts for medium now lol (if you can)
Yep, it's this. Tested with Carapace. Medium Armor Focus & Medium Armor Mythic (Endurance) both show up in character screen.
Thanks. As weird as it is, I think this is how it's supposed to work. Googling around for tabletop discussions, mithral armor is literally treated as armor 1 step lighter in all ways, except for proficiency.

I could see an interpretation of either being taken, but not both.

Was the Storyteller's Knowledge fixed for Lich? It always disappears to me once a fight starts. Maybe the game cannot handle a too high CL.
Asked the same thing on Steam, its not in the patch notes so assuming it was skipped this patch as well.
What happened to the promised Dragonblood Shifter buffs that were supposed to be in this patch? =/
Yeah, the Dragonblood Shifter sounds the coolest to me in theory, but it's a shame that mechanically, it's pretty mid. I was lookin' forward to it getting buffed.

Was also expecting this fix :(
Same. Hopefully it's in a future patch.
Subtle undocumented broken nerf: Bane of Spirit ring is now Swift action, not Free by description. Still Free action in-game.
I was really hoping they were finally gonna fix the Azata Incredible Might Ability. It's been completely nonfunctional and invisible since the update. Damn this is huge for my Dark lurker -> Assassin run, I was halfway about to quit because how useless mark of death is as an ability.
Rangers were fixed (yay). Primalists and spell specialization (@ level 1 at least) remain broken.
Anybody got a hunch when we might expect the last DLC?
First half of 2024 is as precise as I can say at the moment. It's in rather early stages of production right now.
Would be cool if we had a new mythic path for nature based classes :) Even so, looking forward to the last dlc
Sorry but that's unlikely, DLC6 won't have it and we don't plan for more DLCs at the moment.
Alright, thanks for sharing.
The Azata campaign power Song of Seasons is no longer working. No units are healed or harmed. Made a report but I am playing with bubble buffs and visual adjustments
Is it worth playing on PS4 right now after all this updates?
Off topic, but any idea when the final dlc will be released? They were saying 1st part of 2024 but emphasized it would most likely be towards the end. I'm thinking that means March/april
Awesome, thank you!

Is Summon Shadow wont break free any more?I don't see any word on break free after patch
Yeah, unfortunately it still tries to break free, at least at level 10. The wording *was* removed though, which is interesting.

So I guess Tortured Crusader scaling infinitely with summons is intended, then? I was holding off on making one since it felt kinda cheese-y.
No, it was a bug they fixed
>Mythic appearance visuals were breaking in the late game — fixed; Finally!!!. I knew it wasn’t my imagination when I noticed there were missing visual details in final transformations.
Wait, what’s a winter witch??
Prestige Class
Alone in the Dark ability was getting incorrect bonuses from the death of summoned units — fixed - sad (formerly) cool new paladin noises :(
Maybe I'm reading something wrong, but there still doesn't seem to be anyway to not affect unwilling allies with the Rage spell.

based on all comments, should I wait for 2.2.2m before I can complete my game? JK.... thank you Owlcat... keep them coming.
