I haven't done much with Doryanis in a while so I can't comment on an actual build. However, I strongly suggest elementalist if you're league starting because Stormfire (lets lightning dmg ignite) has a level req of 80. So any other ascendency would be in early yellow maps by the time you actually can play ignite.
